Visit to Zurich - Visita a Zurigo

last weekend we had a wonderful time in Zurich, where we could see some old friends... the Magnusson and the Boucart family.

Ciao a tutti,

lo scorso weekend a Zurigo è stato splendido e abbiamo potuto rivedere alcuni vecchi amici, i Magnusson e i Boucart.

It was really a pleasant weekend, our friends spoiled us and we could enjoy the wonderful weather and the nice company of our friends.

E' stato tutto molto piacevole, i nostri amici ci hanno decisamente viziati e abbiamo potuto apprezzare il tempo (magnifico) e la splendida compagnia dei nostri amici.

The kids had really fun playing together and they were understanding each other even if they were speaking different languages... incredible!

I bambini si sono divertiti molto a giocare insieme e si capivano anche se parlavano lingue diverse... incredibile!

Olanda - Holland

Lo scorso weekend siamo stati 4 giorni a Utrecht, in Olanda, a trovare i nostri amici Sibilla e Diego.

Last weekend we have been 4 days in Utrecht, in Holland, to visit our friends Sibilla and Diego.

E' stata una splendida mini-vacanza, il tempo era splendido e Utrecht è una bellissima città!

It was a wonderful long weekend, the weather was fantastic and Utrecht is a lovely city!

Maria si è divertita molto, soprattutto durante il viaggio in aereo, mentre cucinava con Sibilla o Diego (che l'hanno sempre fatta sentire una bambina grande) e al parco giochi, mischiata con tanti bambini olandesi pallidi come lei! Ora ogni aereo che passa in cielo secondo lei va in Olanda!

Maria enjoyed a lot these days, specially during the flight, while she was cooking with Sibilla or Diego and in the playground, mixed to many holland kids, pale like she's! Now in her opinion every airplane should go to Holland!

Per andare a visitare la bellissima Rietveld Schroder House, io e Andre abbiamo anche preso a noleggio due bici olandesi... vi assicuro che sono pesantissime e viaggiare col freno a pedale è tutt'altro che semplice (specialmente col pancione!)! Però le stradine vicino ai canali olandesi sono splendide!

To visit the nice Rietveld Schroder House, Andrea and I rent two holland bikes... it's not so easy to bike with them (specially with my growing belly!), since they are extremely heavy and they have the "brake pedal"! But the small streets next to the canals are wonderful!
